Pennies From Heaven

Sitting here wondering if I can create something from nothing. Like pennies from heaven or a Ouija board game, can I find words by closing my eyes? Nothing scary or out of sorts. Just an idea that popped into my head. Let's go. First, this will be a haiku, which means the syllables will be the typical form 5-7-5.

Serendipity Flexibility

If I happened on a word that was too many syllables, I just picked a new word. The poem above was totally coincidental, serendipity. The final product, your call. Does this send a message? Is this meaningful? Shall I try again?

Falling In Love With A Song

The next share from these unconscious thoughts and finds comes this most lovely video from an artist I'm just meeting and falling in love. Her voice lulls the broken heart with sweet words of innocence. In gratitude we thank the One above.

Introducing Priscilla Ahn as she sings 'Thank God.' Some rate her the best Asian American new pop artist. A very talented musician, composer of original lyrics. Softly lilting, she tells a story with each song, hums and harmonizes a youthful sound.

Below you may enjoy one more "Dream" song because that is the theme upon which I've been developing this day. From the heavens, in our sleep, like on bird's wings, our hope comes from on high.

Isn't she beautiful? Couldn't you just give her a big hug right now? The little girl with the mascot, a teddy to cuddle. With each visual setting, new characters emerge, new understanding of where we have been and where we are headed. Our dreams materializing. They do come true.

Think high and think wise

Beyond your wildest limits

Go fly go fly high

Do you ever put the replay button on the CD or computer? Does the song sound different on each play?

This Hubpages took a chance on serendipity and happenstance to compose and celebrate life in haiku poetry. In the search and playful hour, I found a new song from Priscilla Ahn.
