Talented artists in drama, dance, drawing and music appear to be getting younger and younger. As some have lost their way, with no drive and ambition, those like Matthew explode with an inner drive to express themselves.

The television shows that search for talent bring them out of hiding. Take a look at a rising star.

We will also hear more from musical talent producer Rakafeed with the debut of this video production of highest dramatic photographic and artistic quality. Remember when Tommy and the Who came on stage? Rakafeed brings together a mass-collective of producers, writers and artists.

RAKAFEED are Richard Northen in association with Plan B, Florence and the Machine and Massive Attack collaborator Sally Herbert and guitarist Elliot King.

It has been 6 months since I first saw this video. We have seen this talented artist bloom on stage. The dramatic water dance depicts to me a drowning and rebirth.

Ballet today is as much about acrobatics, strength training, flexibility, and integrating other types of dance as accomplishes turns, jumps, speed and point. Dancers amaze with their rhythm, compositions, fluidity, transitions, partnerships and coordination. They appear to fly and defy gravity and make it all look so easy. Or do they?

Matthew is only 16 years old and plans to attend dance school. Ask me, he could be the instructor. He practices hours each day and he's a natural. Thousands of would-be dancers applied to appear on Davinia McCall's latest show - 'Got to Dance'. Channel M Today's Jemma Gofton chats to Matthew Koon who put himself through the tough auditions.

How many ways can a person rise in this field today? The competition must be incredible and that's why his parents and especially his mother expect him to complete his regular schooling.
